Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents has invited our attention to the order 30th July, 2015 passed by this 1 / 2

APP. 409-15 Court in Appeal No. 404 of 2015. He has submitted that the said appeal was filed against the interim order passed the learned Single Judge. Said order has been challenged in this appeal by the Appellants. For the reasons given in the order passed in the said appeal viz. Appeal No. 404 of 2015, this appeal also does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
