This is a petition filed under section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act") for extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at the final stage inasmuch as the final arguments of the parties have been heard by the arbitral tribunal. 4.

At the joint request of the parties, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings is extended finally for a period of two months from today.
