Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.

Counsel for the Applicants. It reveals that Applicant was directed to remove office objections by Conditional Order dated 27.06.2017.

However, Ld.

Advocate for Applicants, who is aged about 77 years, was not well and because of which office objections remained to be removed. Ultimately, by Conditional Order dated 27.06.2017 Petition was dismissed.

Since none appeared on behalf of the Respondents, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted.

Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. Costs cost in cause.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.
