Heard Ms. Navle, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Stany Albert Pereira. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 8 & 9 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.

Consent affidavits dated 03.09.2021 and 28.02.2022 filed by other legal heirs are filed on record. I have perused the same. 4.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner under the provisions of Bombay Regulation Act, VIII of 1827, certifying that the Petitioner along with the other legal heirs mentioned in paragraph No. 4 are the only legal heirs and representatives of deceased abovenamed."
