The above Notice of Motion has been filed for condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the above Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 13 of the Affidavit in Support of the Notice of Motion. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent Ms Cox opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed resultantly the delay of 43 days in filing the Appeal stands condoned.
