Today, I have separately allowed a Judge's Order after hearing Mr. Velar for the opening of a Safe Deposit Locker No. SDV-4867-A with the Central Bank of India, Main Branch, M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai. The authorization is in favour of Mr. Jimmy Dorabji Masani, a Solicitor and Advocate of this Court. 2.

Mr. Velar states that Mr. Masani is unwell. He requests permission to permit his daughter, also an Advocate of this Court, Ms. Sunita Masani, to represent Mr. Masani at the time of the inventory.
