In view thereof, Execution Application No. 1333 of 2014 is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of the Suit, warrant of attachment stands discharged.

Since warrant of attachment is issued, then 1% poundage of Sheriff shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
