The Chamber Summons is taken out by the Applicants/Petitioners seeking amendment to the Petition inter alia challenging the notifcation dated 28th August, 2015 issued under section 3C of the Slum Act. It is pointed out on behalf of the Respondents that the Applicants/Petitioners have other remedies to challenge the said notifcation before the Slum Tribunal. 2.

Leaving all the contentions of the Respondents open and as the Petition is at pre-admission stage, we allow the amendment. 3.

The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause a and b. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Amended AKN 1/2
