Having heard Mr. Nankani appearing for the review petitioner and perusing the order under review, we do not think that any of the parameters permitting us to entertain a review petition are satisfied. More so, in the light of the clarification in para 11 of the order under review. The review petition is entirely misconceived and it is dismissed.
