The petitioner had approached this Court

* 2/3 * initially for permitting him to pursue third year of Degree Course of B. Com.

During the pendency of the petition, a grievance was made by the petitioner that the permanent registration number was not generated. To redress this grievance, the respondent, College has informed the University that Permanent Registration Number No. 2199 of 2016 is generated in favour of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is not desirous of continuing his studies with respondent no.1, College. The petitioner intends to complete his third year course through correspondence with respondent no.2, University. However, for the same, the NOC and Leaving Certificate of respondent no.1 would be necessary.

The Learned Counsel for respondent no.1 states that, if the petitioner does not press the petition and gives up all his claims against the said respondent, respondent no.1 is willing to handover the NOC and Leaving Certificate to the petitioner for pursuing his

In that view of the matter, we dispose off the petition with a direction to respondent no.1 to issue NOC and Leaving Certificate, as aforesaid, to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

Needless to state that the petitioner has given up all other claims against the respondent no.1, College. 6.

In the event, the last date for online submission of the application forms is over, the respondent, University, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, would permit the petitioner to submit an offline application, even if it is delayed.
