On 22nd January 2018 I allowed the Chamber Summon filed by the present Applicants in an Execution Application filed by the Tata Capital Financial Services Limited.

For the reasons set out in that order, the present Chamber Summons will also have be to allowed in this Execution Application filed by Capital First Limited.
