The present Interim Application is filed seeking an amendment to the Schedule-I to Petition No.630 of 2016.

The amendment, as sought for, is essentially for making corrections in the typographical mistakes on the part of the Petitioner. Mugdha

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner and perused the Interim Application. I find that the Interim Application is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under :- "(a) That the amendment be allowed to carry out in the Petition and Schedule - I of the Petition as per the Schedule exhibited as Exhibit 'A'."

Amendment to be carried within a period of two weeks from today.
