Mr.Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for extension of two weeks to approach the office of the Court Receiver for seeking enforcement of the order dated 13th March, 2015 along with modified order dated 16th June, 2015 and agrees to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. The time to apply for enforcement of this order is extended by two weeks from today on the condition that the petitioner pays the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not apply for enforcement of this order within two weeks from today and does not pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, the Court Receiver appointed under 1/2

crr515-15 the said order dated 13th March, 2015 along with modified order dated 16th June, 2015 to stand discharged however, on payment of costs, charges and expenses. The petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.3000/- payable on this application to the Court Receiver within one week from today.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
