Drawn up decree dispensed with. Should the parties, however, for the purpose of execution of these Consent Terms, require it, they will be entitled to apply to the Registry directly for a drawn up order or decree without being required to make a fresh application for that purpose; and the Registry will act on that application provided it is accompanied by an authenticated copy of this order.
