2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 3.
By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the notices dated 2nd August, 2016 and 9th August, 2016 issued by respondent No.3. We have perused the said notices. By the said notices, the petitioner has been asked to show cause as to why the offending structure should not be demolished and to submit requisite documents/approved plan in respect of the said construction within a period of three days. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that the said notices were received on 3rd August, 2016 and 12th August, 2016 respectively, and, therefore, 3 days time is insufficient to submit the requisite documents. Sr.No.2 WPL 2248.16 4.
We are not inclined to interfere in the petition as the notices challenged in the petition are merely show cause notices. In our considered view, the petition can be disposed of by giving an opportunity to the petitioner to file reply to the said notices and produce documents within a period of 7 days from today. Ordered accordingly. 5.
In the light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) [RANJIT MORE, J.] Shubhada S Kadam 2/2
