By this application, the applicant seeks to correct the name of the respondent company necessitated in view of the change of the name of the respondent company M/s. Green Bowl Foods Pvt. Ltd. to M/s.Green Bowl Foods & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. A copy of the LLP Master Data issued by the Minister of Corporate Affairs indicates that the name of the respondent company is changed.

The applicant has made out a case for grant of the relief as prayed. Company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Re-verification of the company petition is dispensed with. No order as to costs.
