As far as respondent nos. 1, 2, 3(a) and (b) are concerned he has no information about any properties against which the applicant bank can proceed and therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh in the event any property is identified. I therefore pass the following order : (i) Execution application is dismissed against respondent nos. 4 and 5. (ii) As far as respondent nos. 1, 2, 3(a) and 3(b) are concerned liberty to file a fresh application, subject to the law of limitation. (A. K.
