The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have tendered the Consent Terms dated 22 nd December, 2015 executed by and between the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 to 8. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the Suit as well as Notice of Motion be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Plaintiff as well as Defendant Nos. 1, 3 to 8 are present in Court. They have informed the Court that they have signed the Consent Terms of their own free will and volition and there is no force or coercion involved. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The Suit as well as Notice of Motion are disposed of in terms of Consent Terms marked 'X' . Refund of Court Fees, if any as per Rules.
