Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has produced latest photographs for perusal of the Court. The photographs show that except for four steel pillars and platform, the pandal has been removed. The said photographs are marked as 'Y' for identification.

The learned counsel for the applicant in the Chamber Summons states that neither the pillars nor the platform have been erected by the applicants. We accept the said statement. 4.

Considering the limited prayer in this petition and in view of the aforesaid statement, the petition does not survive. Accordingly, we

However, we direct the Municipal Corporation to remove the pillars and platform as seen in the aforesaid photographs within a period of one month from today. The Municipal Corporation can consider the application for grant of erecting pandal at the same place. 5.
