The learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes in the Suit have been amicably settled. On behalf of the plaintiffs, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Suit. Likewise, on behalf of the plaintiff no.2, who has filed a counter-claim, the learned counsel seeks to withdraw the counterclaim. 2.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Suit and Counter-Claim are disposed as withdrawn. (ii) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules in Suit and Counter-Claim.

(iii) In view thereof, IA/1905/2021 does not survive and the same is disposed as infructuous.
