This Notice of Motion is taken out by the petitioner for recall of the order dated 24.7.2019 whereby the Writ Petition No.1806 of 2018 was dismissed since the Counsel for the petitioner had pleaded no instructions. It is now pointed out that due to

Under the circumstances, the said order is recalled. Writ Petition No.1806 of 2018 is restored to file on condition that the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent - Bank. 3.

Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly.
