By consent of the petitioners and the respondent no.2, following order is passed :- 2.
Pursuant to the impugned order passed by the authorities on 2nd August, 2019 and 3rd August, 2019 and notice dated 8th August, 2019, the Co-operative Officer, Grade-II will conduct a meeting of Shree Siddhivinayak (G.I.K.) SRA Co-operative Housing Society (proposed) tomorrow. All the residents of the proposed society i.e. 139 who are concerned with Plot No.182-A (Part) would be permitted to attend the said
5-wpl-2435.19.doc meeting. The residents of the proposed society would be permitted to elect the Chief Promoter of the proposed society in presence of the Co-operative Officer, Grade-II. After such appointment of the Chief Promoter, also the Co-operative Officer would continue to preside the said meeting till the same is concluded. The residents of the proposed society thereafter would decide the appointment of the new developer for carrying out the development work on the land bearing Survey No.182-A(Part). 3.
Writ Petition (L) No. 2435 of 2019 is disposed off on the aforesaid terms. The parties as well as Mr. Arvind J. Kamble, Co-operative Officer, Grade-II, who is present in Court, to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
