Mr. Godse, counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the arbitration petition as the matter is settled between the parties. Arbitration petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Court Receiver's Report accordingly stands disposed. The charges of the Court Receiver for the report has to be paid by petitioner. The Court Receiver stands discharged. If there is any amount payable to the Court Receiver, the counsel for petitioner states that within two weeks of receiving a communication from the Court Receiver, petitioner will make the payments or else the Advocates for petitioner will make the payment.
