Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsels submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have also executed Consent Terms. The Counsels tendered the Consent Terms.

Ms. Rita Ramesh Dhomne - Petitioner and Mr. Prashant Shanu Paivaidya - Respondent No.1 and Ms. Sunai Shanoo Paivaidya - Respondent No.2 are present before the Court. The parties are identified by their respective Advocates. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. 4.

Upon being specifically enquired, the parties state that they have executed the Consent Terms out of their own volition and there is no coercion or SSP 1/2

5 mpt 177 of 2021.doc duress. The parties agree to abide by the undertakings given in the Consent Terms. Hence, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.

Misc. Petition No.177 of 2021 stands disposed as withdrawn in accordance with the Consent Terms.

The undertakings given in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.

7.

The Petitioner is entitled to refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with rules.
