This report is for sale of movable assets of the Company in liquidation. The assets consist of 480 tons of an incomplete barge. Despite reducing the reserve price on at least four occasions, the last reserve price being 2.25 crores, there is no offer still from any party for purchase of the property. The Assistant Official Liquidator seeks one more opportunity to advertise the sale. Accordingly, prayer (a) of the report is allowed. The report is disposed of accordingly. Copy of the Official Liquidator's Report may be furnished to the Shipyard, where the property is currently situate.
