The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Undertaking, if any, given in the Consent Terms is accepted. The Award to stand satisfied upon payment of all installments mentioned in the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms constitutes final settlement of Award as well as dispute between the parties, which was subject matter of the Arbitration Petition.
