The learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant nos.1 to 5 state that the defendant nos.1 to 5 had made a statement that they would maintain status quo in respect of the property which is in their possession and that the said statement was recorded in the order dated 08/06/2016. The said statement was accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

The learned counsel for the defendant nos.1 to 5, under instructions, states that the defendant nos.1 to 5 shall maintain status quo in respect of the property in their possession till the disposal of the suit. Statement is accepted.
