The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 12.7.2017 submitted by the petitioner before respondent MHADA for allotment of tenement no. 201 in the newly constructed building by respondent MHADA at Todiwala Chawl, Slater Road, Cross Road No. 2, Grant Road West, Mumbai has not been decided by the competent authority of the respondent MHADA as yet.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the competent authority of the MHADA to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation submitted

hvn 8-wpl-2390.2017.odt by the petitioner on 12.7.2017 as expeditiously as possible but in any case not latter than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
