By this review petition, the petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 16th July, 2015 on the ground that fundamental rights of the petitioner under Article 14 are violated. In my view, Article 14 does not apply to the arbitration proceedings. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. No case is made out for recall of the order dated 16th July, 2015. Review petition is dismissed with cost quantified at Rs.10,000/- which shall be paid by the review petitioner to the respondents within one week from today.
