The Petitioner is the wife of the Respondent. Divorce proceedings between the parties are pending. The Petitioner filed the above Contempt Petition on the ground that the Respondent has breached the order passed by this Court dated 0902-2014 thereby committing contempt of this Court. The Respondent has purged the contempt. In view thereof, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
