Heard Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

Mr. Shah submitted that petitioners have instituted Petition for grant of Probate of the last Will and Testament of Jaishree Ramchand Chhabria [for short 'deceased']. The deceased died leaving a Will dated 18th July, 2012 and had appointed petitioners as executors for administration of estate of the deceased. He submitted that properties of the deceased are set out in Schedule-I annexed to the Petition. At Item No. 11, description of locker bearing No. 208 standing in the name of the deceased with Bank of Baroda, Wadala Branch, Mumbai is given. He has also invited my attention to the letter dated 19th December, 2016 issued by the said Bank to the Prothonotary and Senior Master confirming that Locker bearing No. 208, Class "A" stands in the

JOT-77-2017 name of the deceased. He, therefore, seeks permission to take inventory of the said locker in the presence of Officer in-charge of the said Bank, Officer of this Court, petitioner and Advocate for the petitioner and authorized valuer.

Accordingly, petitioners are permitted to take inventory and keep the articles back in the locker. Judges order is separately signed.
