Having regard to the fact that the Court Receiver now has title deeds to the row house in Maval Taluka near Lonavla, the Court Receiver will proceed with the sale of this property. 2.

The sale may be by public auction or private treaty. Liberty to the Court Receiver to place an intimation of this sale on online portals as well.

The Defendants have not been appearing before the Court or the Receiver. The Suit actually stands disposed of. All that remains is to have the property sold and to discharge the Receiver thereafter. 8th August 2018

Liberty to the Court Receiver to place a report when necessary.

The Plaintif will hand over a set of keys to the Court Receiver. The Court Receiver will take physical possession of the property.
