This Chamber Summons has been taken out by the Plaintiff for amendment of the plaint to bring on record subsequent developments. Learned Counsel for the Defendant has no objection to the Chamber Summons being allowed, subject to the contentions of the parties on merits being kept open.

Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). All contentions on merits are kept open. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The Plaintiff to serve the amended copy of the plaint on the Defendant. Written statement to be filed by the Defendant within a period of four weeks thereafter.
