Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 2.

Though the Chamber Summons is served on the Defendant as far as on 10th September, 2014, the Defendant has not filed its reply till date.

Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) that the Plaintiff be allowed and permitted to amend the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed hereto

Nitin 2 / 2 939-CHS-979-2014 (b) that the Plaintiff may be allowed to carry out all consequential amendments in the Plaint and other proceedings".

Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.
