Ms.Suvarna for ex-directors agrees that the statement of affairs filed by the ex-directors are defective and should not have been filed in the way it has been filed. Ms.Suvarna states that the exdirectors will comply with all the directions and also supply all the documents in support of what is stated in the statement of affairs. 2.

The company has been ordered to be wound up on 12.11.2013 and it is almost 5 years that the ex-directors have not filed statement of affairs. All the ex-directors and the Company Secretary whose names are mentioned in prayer clause-(b) of this Report, shall KJ

2/2 5.OLR173.17.doc attend the office of Official Liquidator on 23.10.2018 at 2.00 P.M. and supply all details/materials as called for by the Official Liquidator/his representative.

If this is not complied with and if ex-directors and the Company Secretary do not file the statement of affairs to the satisfaction of the Official Liquidator, the Official Liquidator shall file criminal complaint under Section 454(5) of the Companies Act 1956 without further reference to the court.
