Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Plaintiff to amend the Plaint in terms of the Draft Amendments contained in the Schedule annexed hereto within such time and on such terms and conditions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and / or proper".
