The Petitioner seeks a legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Yawan Kanhu Pasure, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 26th April 1989. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

At the time of the deceased's death, the only surviving heirs were those listed in paragraph 5 of the Petition. The other heirs have filed a consent affidavit.

The heirship certificate is required for employment with the M.C.G.M.

A proclamation has been issued. None have come forward. No other petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without Will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief. 5.

The Petition is made absolute. A legal heirship certificate will be issued in the names of the persons mentioned below paragraph 5 of the Petition, namely, Reshmabai Yawan Pasure, Sanjay Yawan Pasure, Mrs. Surekha Sanjay Arule (Miss Surekha Yawan Pasure), Mrs. Sangeeta Vijay Kamble (Miss Sangeeta Yawan Pasure), Miss Mangal Saran Pagare alias Yawan Pasure, Mrs. Sharda Deepak Dethe (Miss Sharda Yawan Pasure).
