Mr. Jahagirdar, learned senior advocate for the petitioner, at the outset, makes a statement that he is restricting this petition to the relief of expeditious disposal of the petitioner's revision application No.122 of 2016 pending before the respondent No.7. The statement is accepted.

Mr. Jahagirdar, learned senior advocate for the petitioner, submits that though the hearing of this revision is concluded in the month of May-2017, so far final order is not passed by the respondent No.7. Mr. Patki, learned AGP, does not dispute the fact that the hearing of the said revision is concluded. He makes a statement on instructions that the respondent No.7 shall pass final order in the said revision within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Mr. Jahagirdar, learned senior advocate for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit an amount of Rs.5,70,430/- which is sought to be recovered from the petitioner under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, with the respondent No.6 within one week from today, without prejudice to his rights and contentions. The statement is accepted. 4.

In the event, such an amount is deposited by the petitioner within a week from today, no steps shall be taken against him for recovery of the said amount during the pendency of the said revision of the petitioner.
