Ms Khimani for applicant states that her instructing advocates Anand and Anand and Khimani, will file vakalatnama within one week from today.

Ms Khimani states that notice of motion (l) no.2146 of 2014, which came to be dismissed on 18-11-2014, was in connection with the contempt petition taken out by plaintiff and that contempt petition itself has got disposed, though an appeal from that is still pending. Ms Khimani states Meera Jadhav

Mr. Kane leaves it to the court. I do not find any prejudice being caused to anyone, if I agree to grant relief as prayed for by Ms Khimani. I have also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned therein, notice of motion (l) no.2146 of 2014 is restored to file. As per the leave sought by Ms Khimani, notice of motion (l) no.2146 of 2014, is dismissed as withdrawn.
