None appeared on behalf of the appellant. We have heard Shri.Thakkar learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents at great length.

The respondents are trustees of the Pransuklal Mafatlal Bath and Boat Club Trust. The said Trust was established in the year 1944.

Thereafter the petition was filed for modification of construction of the body of the said Trust. The said modification Gaikwad RD 1/2

(909)APPNo.2132006 was allowed by the learned Single Judge. Being aggrieved by the said order, the appellant, who is one of the member of the Trust, has challenged the impugned order on various grounds. After having gone through the impugned order, we are of the view that the order is well reasoned and we do not see any reason to interfere with the said order passed by the learned Single Judge.

Appeal, therefore, is dismissed.
