What remains in this application is only prayer clause (c), i.e., to bring applicants who are the legal heirs of the original appellant on record. The original appellant died on 19th April 2021 and the application has been taken out on 29th June 2022. In the application the delay of 31 days is what is mentioned in bringing the legal heirs on record. Since the delay is of only 31 days, we condone the delay. 2.

Application accordingly disposed.
