Pursuant to the order passed by this court on 26th September,2018, the learned prospective arbitrator has filed statement of disclosure dated 4th October, 2018 in terms of section 11(8) read with 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and accepted. 2.

Shri Justice S.J.Vazifdar, a former Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator. The fees and expenses of the learned arbitrator shall be borne by both the parties equally at the first instance.

The applicant is directed to convey this order to the learned arbitrator for record and compliance.
