After the petition was heard for some time, Mrs. Uma Palsule Desai, learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4, on instructions from Mr. J.D. Patil, Deputy Registrar, states that in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, the impugned order dated 4th June, 2015 (Exh.O to the petition) as also Communication dated 22nd July, 2015 (Exh.T to the petition) addressed by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies is being withdrawn. 2.
In view of the withdrawal of the order dated 4th June, 2015 and Uday S. Jagtap
2408-14-wp-urgent=.doc communication dated 22nd July, 2015, the respondent no.1 i.e. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies is directed to hand over the charge of the affairs of the respondent no.3 Society to its elected Managing Committee along with its bank accounts within one week from today. 3.
In view of the above directions, Mr. V. M. Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition. 4.
