Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks one weeks extension in Notice of Motion (L) No.56 of 2016. Time to remove office objections is extended by one week from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

Canara Bank as well as Sicom Limited are granted two weeks time to file affidavit in reply in Notice of Motion (L) No.56 of 2016 and shall serve a copy thereof upon the applicants' advocate simultaneously.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants on instructions seeks liberty to withdraw Notice of Motion No.42 of 2016. Notice of Motion No.42 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the applicants already having filed Notice of Motion (L)No.56 of 2016.

If office objections are not removed in Notice of Motion (L)No.56 of 2016 within the prescribed time, the said notice of motion to stand dismissed without further reference to court. If office objections are removed in the said notice of motion, place the notice of motion on board for hearing and final disposal on 7th March,2017.
