There is an enormous and unexplained delay of 630 days in filing this review petition. Besides that we find that the review petition is filed not Invoking the parameters or limited powers of review conferred on this Court. The review petition is really in the nature of an appeal. It is clear that the grounds in the present review petition were also part and parcel of the writ petition. The writ petition was filed to challenge an order of removal passed against the petitioner by the Indian Institute of Technology. During the course of arguments, all grounds which are the subject-matter of present review petition were raised and duly considered. No substance was found in them and therefore, the writ petition.

On the same ground the review petition cannot be entertained.
