DATE: 28th August, 2017 P.C.:- 1] By way of production the matter is taken on board. 2] Petitioner has moved this Court for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 16/08/2017 vide praecipe dated 24/08/2017. 3] It is submitted that in the title of the said order dated 16/08/2017 before the words "WRIT PETITION NO. 379 OF 2015", the words "CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.386 OF 2015 IN" may be inserted, since the order has been passed in the Chamber Summons. It is also submitted that in the first paragraph of the said order, after the 1/2

CHSW/386/2015 words "Leave to amend", the words "as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons", may be added and at the end of the same para, the words "Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly" may also be added.

4] The said order dated 16/8/2017 is accordingly modified and in the title of the said order the words ""CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.386 OF 2015 IN" are inserted before the words "WRIT PETITION NO. 379 OF 2015" to read as under:- "CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.386 OF 2015 IN WRIT PETITION NO.379 OF 2015"

5] In first para of the said order after the words "Leave to amend", the words "as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons" are added. Similarly, at the end of the said first para, the words "Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly" are also added. The first para of the said order shall now read as under:- "Leave to amend as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly."

6] Time to carry out the amendment is extended by one week from today.
