Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Manoj Guptarespondent No.1 in person who is present in the Court and has produced his driving licence for perusal of the learned Associate to identify himself.

Respondent No.1 makes a statement that two defaulted EMIs (each installment being of Rs.2,88,400/-) would be paid before 28 September 2019. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by Mr.Manoj Gupta-respondent No.1, learned Counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that keeping all contentions of the parties open, the petition can be disposed of.

The petition is accordingly disposed of however accepting the statement as noted above as made by respondent No.1. 6.
