We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. K. Raghuram, Deputy Commissioner CGST & Central Excise, Division-IV dated 22nd August 2017 in support of the Motion.

Shri. Sanghavi, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent does not object the condonation of the delay Application.
