Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Defendants have not filed their Affidavit in Reply. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) that by direction and order of this Hon'ble Court, the Plaintiffs be allowed to amend the Plaint in above Suit being Suit No.4 of 2015 as per the Schedule annexed hereto;

Amendments to be carried out within one week from today. A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Advocates for the Defendants. Additional ssp 1/2
