The chamber summons is taken out for leave to amend the petition. The amendment is necessitated because of occurrence of the events subsequent to the filing of the petition. Thus, in that view of the matter and for the reasons stated in affidavit-in-support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) and is disposed of as such. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and copy of the amended petition be served upon all concerned immediately thereafter. 2.
